New Feature: Billing Reminder Notifications
We have introduced a new feature allowing OCR organizations to set billing reminders and receive notifications when they exceed their set limits.
  • Automatic Checks: A scheduled job now runs every 10 minutes to monitor your usage against the billing reminder threshold you set.
  • Email Notifications:
    • Primary Notification: An email will be sent to your organization’s main email address if the threshold is exceeded.
    • CC Notifications: All members of your organization will also receive a copy of this notification, provided the number of CC recipients is fewer than 50.
