Individual Mathpix Accounts
Individual Mathpix accounts are for solo users who wish to generate text, LaTeX, and other formats from images, process PDFs, and create and share documents on Snip web app.
Your account settings can be accessed at any time at accounts.mathpix.com. You can also access your account settings by choosing the Account Settings option from the Settings menu in the apps.

How do I change the email associated with my account?
Send us an email at support@mathpix.com with your current email address and the email address you would like us to change it to, and we will update your account.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to your account and click the Reset Password button. This will automatically generate a reset password email to be sent to you. Follow the steps in that email to reset your password.
How do I upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Free for my Snip subscription?
You can change your Snip subscription at any time on your Snip Subscription tab.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, or Alipay (for customers in China). Please note that for the Alipay option we do not offer the monthly subscription, only yearly.
How can I change my payment method on file?
You can change your payment method on file by going to your Snip Subscription tab and clicking the Update Payment Method button under the Snip Billing section of the page. From there, you can choose credit card or PayPal, and enter your information.
How do I access my invoices?
You can access all invoices for Snip subscription payments under the Snip Invoices tab. Invoice PDFs are available for download. If you need specific information added to your invoice, please email us at support@mathpix.com and we will help you with that.
How can I update my billing & shipping information to get personalized invoices?
You can change the name and address that appears on your invoice by sending these details to our email support@mathpix.com, so we can update your information.
How can I see how many Snips and PDF pages I have remaining?
You can check the amount of usage you have remaining on your Snip Subscription tab under Usage.
What is extra usage? How can I enable or disable it?
Extra usage applies to Snip or PDF processing usage above the amount allocated in your Pro plan.
If you have hit your monthly limit and need more, you can enable extra usage on your Snip Subscription tab under Extra Usage by clicking the toggle button on. Any extra usage incurred will be billed to your payment method on file on the 1st of the following month.
You can just as easily disable extra usage by toggling the extra usage button off.
Is there any way to get free extra Snips?
Yes! If leave us a review in the iTunes App Store, Google Play Store, or on our G2 page, or you share about us on social media, send us a screenshot of it to support@mathpix.com and we will give you free Snips!
